Standing with feet even raise with all the body with both the feet as much in the air as your strength can bear, and turning to the left hand, turn 2 turns about before letting fall to the ground, where you will owe to find yourself in perspective in the place where you have started, and of lowering on the point of feet, widening some the knees with a little grace: be careful to hold the legs well straight in the raising.

 

Of the Salto Riverso (Reversed Jump).

The person will stand with feet even a little widened: and doing a Zoppetto with the Right on the ground, will throw the left back climbed, with which will do a Sottopiede to the right, the which right suddenly will climb forward: after turning with all the body to the right, will do a Salto tondo, letting go to fall on the points of the feet straight, and with the knees widened some to give it a little grace.

 

Of the Salto del Fiocco (Jump of the Tassel).

This will be done, keeping the tassel where you wish to hit it, at the height of a man, or more, or less, each one to their pleasure, standing with the back turned to the tassel, then climbing some the left, and at the same time raising the right foot, turn with all the body to the left, raising as much as you can, and straddling the right knee to the left, raise the point of said foot as much as needed to hit the tassel; letting it fall to the ground at the place where it will have started to do it, with the same right foot.
