Cascarda;

In Praise of the Illustrious Lady
The Lady Virginia Bruna Donati,
Roman Gentlewoman

They would be starting this Cascarda, standing the people facing, where they will do the Riverenza minima, and in the wheel 4 Seguiti spezzati, with 4 Passi presti, 2 back, and 2 forward, then they will do 2 Tranghi flanked forward, and 1 Seguito spezzato turned to the left, starting each thing with the left foot, and the Cadenza with the right: they will do the same Tranghi, and Seguito spezzato, with the Cadenza, by opposite.

In the second time, they will do 6 Seguiti spezzati, 4 in the wheel, and 2 turned to the left, then starting from the 4 Passi presti said of above, they will do those same with all the actions said.

In the third time, the man alone will do 2 Seguiti spezzati turned to the left, with 2 Passi presti forward, and the Cadenza, then he will do 2 Trabuchetti gravi, 1 to the left, and the other to the right.  After that together they will do 4 Passi presti, 2 back, and 2 forward with all the actions said of above.

In the fifth time, the lady will do the same change which the man will have done in the third time: then together they will do the 4 Passi presti back, and forward, with all the actions said.

In the fifth time, they will do together 2 Doppii presti, 1 to the left, starting with the left, and the other to the right, starting it with the right, with 2 Trabuchetti gravi; then they will do the 4 Passi presti, 2 back, and 2 forward with the other actions done in the other changes; to the end of the which they will have to find them again facing, as they stood in the start of said Cascarda, the which they will end doing against time the Riverenza.
