the 2 Continenze Grave, and Minima.
Rule 5.
The first Continenza grave has to start in this manner; Done which the Riverenza grave will be, which starts and finishes in 4 perfect beats of music, and with the left foot, the man moves to the left flank 4 inches, advancing the right foot to even with the left: or it shall moreover be more graceful, to push the right heel towards the middle part of the left; and in doing this act, diminish down some with the body, raising as gracefully as you are able, as was stated in the Rule of to do the Riverenza grave; and wantonizing oneself a little towards that part where it is done: the whose sole effect to do with raising some the flank of that part where the Continenza is finished: and do not do as others sully it, the which neglecting to wantonize, and to diminish and raise, resting with feet even, whose manner is clumsy and barren enough, moreover which would have done in time, and good: therefore The first Continenza grave has to start in this manner; The Riverenza has been done, the this is to be avoided.
