The following were notes while the character was evolving. They do not necessarily represent the way it came out.
Moxana's "sister", one of the Storm King's Muses. From the pictures, it appears that she was the Muse of Dance -- essentially the avatar of Terpsichore.
She was captured by Aaronev three years ago, when the Circus was passing through his lands, as seen on (v5, p48). She was used as the template for building a new body for Anevka (v5, p63). As we see on (v5, p64), she is in some disrepair by now.
As we see on (v5, p82), Tinka is fairly dangerous in combat, even damaged. This isn't surprising, given that Anevka is based on her plans.
Tinka is "killed" on (v5, p85) -- that is, her head is cut off. This presumably can be repaired, with difficulty. She does continue talking on the next page.
