The following were notes while the character was evolving. They do not necessarily represent the way it came out.
Daughter of Aaronev, sister of Tarvek, Anevka wears a body modelled on Tinka's. (More or less.) Her official story is told on (v5, p62-63).
She was being killed by "an experiment" of her father's (v5, p63). What was it? One of the earlier attempts to implant Lucrezia's consciousness? That seems likely, from later context.
She kills her father on (v5, p69-70). She has no particular desire to see Lucrezia come back. Instead, as we see on (v5, p73), she wants to copy the overtones of Agatha's voice for herself, to become an absolute ruler.
Anevka is coldly sadistic -- on (v5, p73-74), we see that she's ready to kill Agatha, simply for fun.
Anevka is a [very cool and effective liar].
She has allies, [Lord and Lady Selnikov].
