Three one-shot Dimenional Disruptors,
in the hands of members of Those in Black. These are capable of shutting
down a Vortex prematurely. However, unknown to TiB, they don't actually
cause the force to go away; it simply shunts it elsewhere. If used
on the Saturday Vortex, they will have little effect save to reset the
Vortex back to its beginning again. In fact, only belief that the
Vortex is closed can close it, the TiB don't know that.
