1/2 lb peeled cooked medium-size shrimp | 1 Tbl chopped garlic |
1 pizza crust | 6 oz. peanut Satay sauce (Lee Kum Kee is a good option) |
2 oz. sundried tomatos | sprouts |
sliced scallions, not an excessive amount | oregano to taste |
4 oz. mozzarella cheese |
Make basic pizza dough.
Briefly saute shrimp in garlic, long enough to pick up the flavor but not long enough to re-cook the shrimp.
Spread all ingredients onto the crust. Order doesn't matter much, but satay should probably be on the bottom and cheese on the top. It's much like a normal pizza, except with satay instead of tomato sauce.
Proceed as in pizza recipe.
