15 very small Red Bliss potatoes | 2 tsps. melted butter |
fresh herbs such as tarragon | salt and pepper to taste |
Boil potatoes until just done, about 20 minutes. Drain.
Heat butter in sauce pan, cook potatoes for about 2 minutes.
Add generous amount of chopped herbs and cook for another minute until herb aroma is apparent.
Add salt and pepper and serve.
