2 Tbs. chopped garlic | 1 tofu cake, cubed small |
12 oz. chicken broth | 2 Tbs. szechuan hot bean paste |
2 Tbs. corn starch | 1/4 to 1/2 lb. ground pork (optional) |
Saute garlic in oil for a minute or two. Add tofu, and pork if any. Saute for several minutes.
Mix broth, bean paste, and cornstarch. Pour into hot tofu mixture, and cook until thickened.
Serve over lots of rice.
