East Kingdom Precedence Reference Page

A helm, mantled purple and Or, crowned of an Eastern crown Or with a blue tyger issuant, and carrying the Eastern arms.

This is the Order of Precedence and Rolls of Orders of the East Kingdom of the SCA.  It is maintained by Mistress Caitlin Davies, Shepherd's Crook Herald (Jane Waks, shepherds.crook@eastkingdom.org )

The records in these files are current to the best of my ability and knowledge. If you find a mistake or omission, please let me know. (If you are looking for court data that is less than a month or so old, please be lenient.  I tend to enter data in batches.)  This site exists in multiple locations including http://www.waks.org/Prec/  and http://op.eastkingdom.org/  If you have difficulty using one of them, please try another.  The authoritative versions of the files are held by the Shepherd's Crook Herald.

Printed editions of the Order of Precedence are available by mail from me for $5 including postage (make checks payable to SCA, Inc., East Kingdom).  Canadian and overseas addresses please enquire for pricing.

For a more complete description of each of the orders, see Awards and Honors in the East Kingdom, by Baroness Jessa d'Avondale OP, or Kingdom Law.

This is the recognized Web Page for the office of the Shepherd's Crook Herald of the East Kingdom of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc.  The maintainer of this page is Caitlin Davies.  It is not a corporate publication of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Incorporated, and does not delineate SCA policies. In cases of conflict with printed versions of material presented on this page or its links, the dispute will be decided in favor of the printed version.

This site created 20 June 1996, last modified 1 September 2008. East Kingdom data are correct through the Pennsic War, August, 2008  (except for  a fair pile of corrections I haven't researched/typed in yet).  Files and orders not yet marked as links are coming Real Soon Now.
