Mostly a background character to date, the best information on her is from the cast list:
The REAL Thundering Engine Woman was an extremely powerful American Spark who adventured with the Heterodyne Boys for a brief period. She was received in most of the courts of Europe, was highly regarded by the general population, and set off a long-running fad for things American. So it's no wonder that actors impersonating her occasionally show up with traveling shows.The Thundering Engine Woman of Master Payne's Circus of Adventure is actually a nice Italian girl whose grandfather traveled extensively in the Americas. Like all the actors in the troupe, she fills many roles, but she especially shines at sharp-shooting and being excitingly "foreign."
That's actually enough to make a potentially intriguing character, but we'd need to hang a lot more meat on this outline. Of course, for extra-points confusion, we could introduce the real Thundering Engine Woman into the story...
Amount of Character Potential: Fair (Just interesting enough to be better than "Poor", but only barely. Possible that Sarah is impersonating her?)
