Her daughter, Agatha Heterodyne, looks and sounds much like her, and you instinctively react to that voice: when she gives you a direct command, you obey it reflexively. However, you intellectually know that she is not her mother, and that gives you some ability to resist. When she gives you an order, you may spend one Point and roleplay a bit of internal struggle; after that, you may resist her orders for the next hour.

Von Pinn was created and programmed by Lucrezia Mongfish, and designed to obey her utterly. Agatha Heterodyne is not her mother, and her voice isn't quite identical, but it is close enough to have powerful influence.
Any strongly-delivered command from Agatha will be obeyed by Von Pinn for a minimum of fifteen seconds. Von Pinn can resist, but only with considerable effort: she must burn one Point, and roleplaying struggling with it slightly, in order to resist.
