The following were notes while the character was evolving. They do not necessarily represent the way it came out.
One of the medium-age kids being held hostage on the Castle. Itto is about 13, and is a real troublemaker. Tends to [follow the older kids around]. Itto is [easily panicked]. He is young enough to [get away with almost anything], and gets a much longer leash than the rest of the hostages. His father was [Jurgen Wheelwright], who Klaus evidently respects, and we see here that he is loyal to his friends even when scared.
Probably too minor to bother bringing into game, but might be useful if I need something for a kid of that age.
Amount of Character Potential: Fair (Not much in the character, but he might make a good excuse to cause a plot to come into being. Might possibly get used for backstory.)
