Lucrezia's father, and thus Agatha's grandfather. All we know is that he used to be an enemy of Bill? and Barry, but later reformed. He seems to be generally presumed dead, but [The Dragon From Mars] suggests (perhaps apocryphally) that this might not quite be true.
