The following were notes while the character was evolving. They do not necessarily represent the way it came out.

The circus' music master and a very minor spark who works mostly with sound waves. André plays Barry in the Circus' Heterodyne plays.Andre plays the Silverodeon, which was smashed in the first big battle between Agatha and the Rampaging Clank; she was given the task of fixing it up (v4, p70). It is claimed to be a truly fine musical instrument, but was actually a piece of junk (v4, p71). But when it is repaired, he absolutely loves Agatha's playing (v5, p43).
Andre claims to not be a mechanic (v4, p71). This is interesting, in light of his work with sound waves -- what exactly does he do? We know that he has a Sonic Gun (v4, p86).
Andre was with Olga when she was killed, trying to lead the rampaging Clank away from the Circus at the beginning (v4, p25-28).
