|1.5 lb. sirloin tips, trimmed and cubed||2 Tbs. olive oil|
|1 clove garlic, minced||1 cup ketchup|
|1/8 tsp. ground black pepper||3 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce|
|1/2 cup melted butter||1 Tbs. lemon juice|
|1/2 tsp. salt|
Saute garlic in oil. Add meat and sear/brown.
Mix remainder of ingredients in a small bowl, and add to pan.
Cover, and simmer on low 40 minutes, or bake at 350o for one hour, until tender.
Serve over rice.
We like a LOT more garlic, but not double sauce.
Use half regular ketchup/half Heinz Hot Ketchup, or add 2-3 tsps. Tabasco.
