Green Goddess Sauce

½ cup (scant) low-fat mayonnaise 1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup finely cut chives or green onions 1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs. tarragon vinegar salt and freshly ground black pepper
½ cup (generous) non-fat yogurt

Blend all ingredients.

Notes and Variations

To make lower fat, decrease mayo and increase yogurt.  We omit the salt.

Use on raw veggies, smoked fish, Burlington pita, cabbage with tonkatsu, lots of other things.
