|½ cup (scant) low-fat mayonnaise||1 clove garlic, minced|
|¼ cup finely cut chives or green onions||1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice|
|1 Tbs. tarragon vinegar||salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|½ cup (generous) non-fat yogurt|
Blend all ingredients.
Use on raw veggies, smoked fish, Burlington pita, cabbage with tonkatsu, lots of other things.
