Fudge Drop Cookies

12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips 3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 15-oz. can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup chopped nuts OR 5 oz. coconut

Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler or microwave, stirring to blend smoothly.  Add condensed milk.  Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Chill batter for up to an hour, for firmness, if needed.
Drop by teaspoons onto foil-lined cookie sheets.  Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
