Cilantro Tahini Yogurt Sauce "Green Sauce"

½ cup tahini paste 2-3 large garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup non-fat yogurt 1 cup cilantro leaves (or half cilantro, half flat parsley)
2 lemons, juiced

Pulse the tahini paste and garlic in food processor until smooth.

Add the remaining ingredients and puree until blended.

Notes and Variations

Use on Burlington pita.
