| ½ cup tahini paste | 2-3 large garlic cloves, minced | 
| 3/4 cup non-fat yogurt | 1 cup cilantro leaves (or half cilantro, half flat parsley) | 
| 2 lemons, juiced | 
Pulse the tahini paste and garlic in food processor until smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and puree until blended.
