Apple Syrup

2 parts apple juice 1 to 2 parts sugar
cinnamon sticks

Combine while heating juice to a full boil.  Boil until it begins to thoroughly foam (45+ minutes), and volume is reduced about 1/3.
Let cool, and store in a sealed bottle.

Drink diluted with 3 parts water.
