You are a field agent of the ILF, and you have taken your life in your hands by infiltrating the wicked Followers of Set.  These are almost the ILF's opposites, trying to conquer the world by using the power of the Vortices.  (Not that they understand the powers they are playing with.)  You are keeping an eye on them, and understanding them as best you can.  You may need to report in soon, since it looks like their play for power isn't far off, but you'll have to do it carefully -- it is clear that, if the priests of Set found out you were a spy, you wouldn't survive a minute...
