If anyone drinks from one of these bottles, note which one (from the number on the paper tag on the neck), and immediately contact the GM (Mark "Justin" Waks).
If the bottles are separated to multiple people, copy the text of this note and make sure each holder of a bottle has a copy.
At your earliest convenience, contact Mark Waks to get the physical port bottles, if you don't already have them.
